India, although the most secular country in the world – binds its people by ONE religion – CRICKET. From revering national and international players to playing in the streets, it is a dream of millions to hit a six for the nation one day. However, many young players find it difficult to enter the sport despite their exceeding talent- prime reason being lack of proper guidance and knowledge about the procedure to showcase their performance at the top level of the game.
Hence, in an attempt to bring the golden opportunity to every young and willing player and to provide the right opportunity to Government / Private / Aided schools from districts / State village / Small Town Cricket players from poor backgrounds to whom we provide training free of cost, South India Schools Cricket Association (SISCA) has emerged as a guiding light to enhance skills and take the impeccable ones who are under 19 school students to the next phase and encourage them to try for many District, state, inter-state level and National level tournaments which will be organized by SISCA and therefore, will boost their morale and mould them to participate for tournaments in future. We also spread a sheet of enhancing their confidence and communication skills. Further, the organisation is also developing a separate wing for aspiring female school students with knowledgeable and practical provision of special training and guidance. It is our founder’s mission to encourage young girls to follow their passion and enter the sport and make a remarkable name with flying colours. Hence, SISCA also strives for rapid advancement in the future of women’s cricket in India, as a sport is never defined by gender.

Mr. John – Founder & MD of Indian Media Works, Indian Foundation and Indian Women’s Foundation was born and brought up in Coimbatore. He received schooling at Stanes Higher Secondary School and completed his education at Karunya University. As an extremely prosperous businessman and a very generous philanthropist, Mr. John has made a name for himself through consistent hard work and dedication. He is a completely self-made man with a gracious heart who has thrived on his own in business particularly in media/film sector despite having faced many struggles and obstacles to reach the position he has now achieved.
